There’s a strikingly bloody big difference I don’t mind telling you!  Of course it all depends on how you define “escort”.  To many a London escort is simply a prostitute, who will no doubt have sexual intercourse with you in exchange for money.  To others a London escort is a beautiful woman to spend time with, and if you get lucky, you get lucky.
